Finally Back on the Rogue one trail, this is a cool character, its Mennis Duren, who was played by Dilu Miah an amazingly nice guy i had the pleasure to meet a few weeks back
Mennis Duren was present at the trading outpost at a food stall
Obviously the name Mennis Duran is a major tribute to ILM special effects artist Dennis Muren.
